Days spent inside under artificial lights during the lockdown may be messing with people’s circadian rhythms, leaving many feeling tired, moody, sluggish and jet-lagged.

Body clocks are set by morning sunlight and evening darkness. Being stuck inside all day exposed to artificial light can scramble those clocks, according to researchers.
