What we do

We partner with our clients to develop, implement and monitor comprehensive, customised and compliant Fatigue Risk Management Systems (FRMS) to better protect your people, your operations, your assets and the general community.

Fundamental to our approach is that each organisation and operation is unique and must be treated as such. We spend time on site, engaging with key organisational stakeholders, including operational personnel, supervisors, managers, rostering and safety personnel and others.

Paula has worked extensively with clients in a variety of 24/7 industries, including mining, oil and gas, rail and road transport, manufacturing and telecommunications. She has also worked with typically non-shiftworking organisations like law firms and government departments whose roles require light vehicle driving or working extended hours.

Consulting work has involved conducting fatigue risk assessments and fatigue risk management system gap analyses, developing fatigue risk management processes, policies and procedures. Paula is particularly passionate about developing and delivering fun, engaging and effective fatigue risk management and sleep management training programs. She believes that the key to facilitating tangible behavioural change through training is in ensuring that the material is operationally practical, relatable to the specific target audience, and that it highlights the shared responsibility and personal accountability of fatigue risk management.
